Building on the format of our ever popular Member Meet-ups, this interactive online event will include a presentation on ITIL 4 Create, Deliver and Support from Barclay Rae and Enterprise Service Management from University of Glasgow. The agenda also includes time for group breakout discussions.

The NEW itSMF UK Communities of Practice will provide the opportunity to bring together like-minded professionals to focus on areas of common interest and allow members to explore new ideas, challenge and discuss Service Management principles, practices, toolsets and frameworks.

The team at HMRC have experienced a tumultuous 12 months due to Covid. New and updated IT systems have had to be developed at speed to support UK government and HMRC have had to adjust to changing work practices for their own teams
