• Insight Days: Live bite-size sessions of 3-5 hours introducing your company, industry and particular careers.
• Multi Day placements: Provide ample opportunity for you to tell young people more about your organisation and the career opportunities you offer while also incorporating a range of essential skill-building activities.

How are sessions delivered?

• In-Person work experience
  Employers can provide experiences in person, allowing students to gain hands-on experience in a real-world setting and experiencing first-hand the culture of your organisation.
• Virtual work experience
  Our live, fully interactive online placements can be accessed remotely from anywhere in the UK making it both flexible and inclusive. This delivery method removes barriers such as cost and geographical location and allows employers to reach a diverse range of young people across the UK.
• Hybrid work experience* (multi day placements only)
  Combining both in-person and virtual elements, hybrid work experience offers flexibility for both employers and students to have the ‘best of both worlds’.
