Leadership Council

Strategic direction for service management

The itSMF UK Leadership Council is an initiative to bring together senior service management professionals from our member organisations, to discuss issues of common concern and help develop strategic guidance for the service management community. Over time we see the Council developing into a powerful platform for leading and influencing the direction of our industry.

Each member organisation can nominate one representative for the Council, and the meetings are currently led by itSMF UK Board Member Kevin Sharp.

The agenda for future meetings will include topics such as 

• July – SIAM Updates
• August – No meeting due to Summer holidays
• September – Wellbeing in the workplace

Looking further ahead, there will also be an opportunity for the Leadership Council members to meet in-person at the ITSM24 conference in November.
