Presenter

Roman Zhuravlev is ITIL Lead Architect at PeopleCert.  For the last seven years he has been responsible for development and continual improvement of ITIL 4.  Before joining the ITIL development team, Roman worked as an ITSM trainer and consultant.  Roman has authored and translated numerous articles and books on service management.
