This meeting will focus on how organisations do Service Management which will take the form of a Q&A session with a panel of invited SMEs.
itSMF UK are delighted to welcome Matt Hall from Quilter and Stin Mattu from Upland Software as the presenters for our next online Member Meet-up event. Facilitated by Member Group Chair Chris Kingsbury, this interactive event will focus on Knowledge Management.
Following productive discussions on building a catalogue of Frameworks, Standards and Bodies of Knowledge, this Strategy and Planning CoP meeting will open the floor up to discuss which topics we focus on for the remainder of 2021.
This meeting is to discuss the current look of the community, review the feedback collated and agree our next key topic of discussion that will take place in the September.
Our Community has set a full agenda of interesting topics, following on from the work to establish a Catalogue of Framework, Standards and Bodies of Knowledge.
The Strategy and Planning Community of Practice has agreed to develop a catalogue of Frameworks, Standards, Bodies of Knowledge and Methodologies. This will be the second of two sessions on our prioritised topic of Service Strategy and Cultural change.
The theme for our next meeting will be 'How to operate Problem Management successfully' and will include a guest speaker followed by an interactive Q&A session.
