We will explore all the capabilities needed to design and implement a modern Digital Management System. You will learn how to blend DevOps, ITIL, and related practices into a holistic operating model that enables flow and continuous improvement.
Design Thinking offers a different approach. Unlike other innovation methods, it is solution-based and user-focused. Instead of getting stuck on the problem, it encourages teams to explore creative ways to solve it. The process begins with understanding the user's experience and needs, then moves toward building useful, practical solutions.
Designed for apprentices, graduates and those moving into ITSM for the first time, attendees will be able to understand best practice for key areas in ITSM, how they work together, and most importantly what each practice needs to do for them all to work cohesively to provide ultimate value for the customer.
This interactive business simulation event provides an opportunity for the theory learned during Part 1 to be applied in a realistic educational and fun environment. Step by step the team will apply basic ITSM processes and will learn how to deal with different business and IT situations.
The focus for this masterclass is to help organisations understand what experience is, why it is important and key considerations when implementing experience measures/XLAs.
This masterclass enables organisations to successfully measure and manage their XLAs including, when is happy, understanding sentiment, matching X-Data, O-Data and T-Data together, building dashboards and what skills and competencies are required in an XMO and on how to manage experience and XLAs. In this class we assume that XLAs have been/are soon to be designed and so focuses on the requirements to successfully implement, manage and govern experience through an XMO.
