Valerie has been leading service management teams for 10 years. Based in Belfast, her current role oversees all the Managed Service front line service desks across our business organisation globally with 1000+ teams across 15 geographies. Valerie is passionate about leadership and service management and especially helping and supporting women in this environment. She also sits on the board as a non exec director for itSMF UK.

Frieda Morton-Evans, Vice President, Business Consulting Advisory Services Global Technology Operations – CGI

Frieda is an accomplished leader with over 30 years of experience in IT & Digital strategy, operational service delivery, and continuous improvement in both IT and business domains. Regarded as a resilient and versatile leader, Frieda excels in engaging with stakeholders at all levels within an organisation, having collaborated with diverse groups on both local and global scales. She thrives in high-pressure environments, consistently meeting deadlines and navigating complex IT and business operational landscapes.

Throughout her career, Frieda has demonstrated expertise in leading, developing, mentoring, and coaching both technical and non-technical teams, serving as both direct and indirect supervisor in various organisational settings. She possesses extensive experience in managing complex matrix teams and overseeing on-shore and off-shore partnerships to fulfil contractual obligations effectively.

Marida Lotz- Henning, Group Process Owner – Computacenter

Marida embarked on her journey in the IT Service industry back in 2005 with the initial intention of merely filling a temporary gap. Nearly two decades later, she remains entrenched in IT Service Management. Throughout her career, she has not only fulfilled various ITIL roles but also overseen ITIL Operations. Presently, she holds the responsibility of defining Computacenter’s ITIL service offerings globally, encompassing Availability, Capacity & Performance, IT Service Continuity, and Problem Management.

Being a firm believer in working alongside the subject matter experts, enables her to strategically lead the development of Computacenter’s service offerings, with both the market and the company’s goals in mind.

Chevonne Hobbs, Senior Manager IT Consultant – Illuminet 

Chevonne brings over 20 years of expertise in the technology sector, specialising in crafting exceptional service designs and overseeing the successful execution of intricate, large-scale projects. With a wealth of experience in spearheading strategic initiatives, operational enhancements, and digital transformations, she stands out as a seasoned leader adept at driving organisational change.
