Community of Practice – Management of Service Meeting

itSMF UK’s Communities of Practice (CoP’s) provide the opportunity to bring together like-minded professionals to focus on areas of common interest. Meeting Agenda

The theme for our next meeting will be ‘How to operate Problem Management successfully’.   There will be at least two Problem Management Subject Matter Experts on hand to answer your questions regarding how to conduct Problem Management.  This session has been requested on a number of occasions so we are expecting it to be a very popular subject so please register to attend as soon as possible.

We also want to hear from those who are willing to share their knowledge and present at future events.
