One of the increasingly popular topics in the ITSM community is experience management and experience level agreements, aka XLAs. The opinions vary from “XLAs are a new silver bullet which should replace all other agreements and most of the rest of ITSM” to “XLA is merely another clause in an SLA, and we don’t have SLAs anyway”.
