Webinar – Introducing the DTMethod, a methodology that helps apply Design Thinking in organisations!

Join us for our next member webinar, where lead author Rafal Czarny will present design thinking and introduce the DTMethod (Design Thinking Methodology).
The DTMethod integrates design thinking principles into organisational processes and encourages a holistic, user-centric mindset for solving complex problems and emphasises empathy, creativity, and iterative problem-solving.
The method consists of three core pillars: DTModel, DTTools, and DTRules & Roles:
- DTModel includes three phases: Exploration (understanding the problem space), Creative (ideation and brainstorming), and Construction (prototyping and refinement)
- DTTools encompass techniques like user interviews and prototyping
- DTRules & Roles emphasise a people-centered approach.
For more information you can read Rafal’s recent blog post ‘Design thinking and customer experience’ here.
