Webinar – Getting started with the ITIL 4 Extension Modules

During this webinar, Axelos Product Development Manager and ITIL 4 architect Roman Zhuravlev will provide an introduction to the two ITIL 4 Extension Modules announced towards the end of 2021. The Extension Modules have been created to extend the main ITIL 4 framework and provide service management teams with the guidance they need to address the challenges and opportunities presented by sustainability and cloud services respectively.

The two modules are:

ITIL Specialist: Sustainability in Digital & IT
This module examines the role of IT in relation to the environment, whilst exploring opportunities to provide more sustainable outcomes through the use of digitally enabled services.

ITIL Specialist: Acquiring & Managing Cloud Services
This module is for anyone requiring vendor-neutral, user-centric guidance on how cloud procurement and technology can integrate with and support broader business strategy and functions.

With no prerequisites, the Extension Modules also allow individuals to learn about ITIL concepts, develop an understanding of relevant ITIL 4 guidance and enable career development opportunities.

Time will be allowed at the end of the live webinar for Q&A.
