Agnieszka Bochacka is a seasoned expert in Digital Transformation with over a decade of international experience. Currently leading transformative initiatives at Lotte Wedel, she specialises in strategic technology, operational models, and digital transformation, overseeing change management and AI business implementations. Agnieszka is also the ESG Tech Lead for Poland.

Lead author of the first internationally certified methodology in digital transformation, recognised by APMG, and serves as President of Singularity University Cracow Chapter and Leader of the Transformation Team at PMI Poland Chapter. Agnieszka co-created tools for project and program management and developed the Digital Transformation Manager studies at AGH University of Science and Technology, UEK, and ICAN Institute.

A LinkedIn Top Voice in Digital Transformation, Agnieszka is an accomplished educator, teaching MBA and postgraduate courses. Her accolades include “Strong Woman in IT 2023,” “Leader in Sustainable Development,” and “Futurist of the Year 2024.” She mentors in programs supporting women in IT and startups, and frequently speaks at national and international conferences.

Agnieszka holds numerous industry certifications, including Azure AI Fundamentals, Change Management Foundation, and ITIL. Her specialisations include Digital Transformation, Change Management, Technology Strategy, and Project Management.
