Diversity and inclusion – As IT Service Management professionals we are often drawn to using metrics and statistics to drive decision making and behaviours, however when considering the Diversity and Inclusion of our sector, using similar statistics may not drive the results and direction we are looking to achieve.

In this session our panel of experts would like to consider with you how we can nurture the next generation of IT Service Management talent in a way that encourages diversity of thought as well as creating inclusive environments for people from all backgrounds to have a fair chance and succeed in the IT Service Management sector.
