Community of Practice – Strategy and Planning Meeting

itSMF UK’s Communities of Practice (CoPs) provide the opportunity to bring together like-minded professionals to focus on areas of common interest. Meeting Agenda

We will be taking an holistic approach to Risk Management using Frameworks and Strategic Risk Management. Whilst Operational Risk and Programme/Project Risks get a lot of attention, it is just as important to actively identify and manage Service Risks. This session will discuss experience and approaches used, and share some lessons learned.

We’ll extend a warm welcome to any new members who are interested in joining our Community of Practice after the conference.
