Community of Practice – Management of Service Meeting

itSMF UK’s Communities of Practice (CoP’s) provide the opportunity to bring together like-minded professionals to focus on areas of common interest. Meeting Agenda

This meeting will look at Measuring Quality of Service.  The session will start with me drawing on my experience of defining and measuring Quality of Service and then opening up to the floor for Q&A contributions.  This will cover such things as:

• What is Quality of Service
• How do you define Quality of Service
• How do we measure Quality of Service

We also want to hear from those who are willing to share their knowledge and present at future events.
