Community of Practice – Management of Service Meeting

itSMF UK’s Communities of Practice (CoP’s) provide the opportunity to bring together like-minded professionals to focus on areas of common interest. Meeting Agenda

We will be looking at Benefits Management and if it is still required?  We will discuss how benefits management is used in an Agile environment compared to a Waterfall environment and ask how best can benefits management be adapted to maximise return on investment.

We also want to hear from those who are willing to share their knowledge and present at future events.
