Community of Practice – Design and Transition Kick off

itSMF UK’s Communities of Practice (CoPs) provide the opportunity to bring together like-minded professionals to focus on areas of common interest. Our CoPs allow members to explore new ideas, challenge and discuss Service Management principles, practices, toolsets and frameworks. Initially there will be three Communities, but that number may be flexed and expanded as the needs of the itSMF UK member community demands.

Design and Transition Community

The purpose of this community is to support the use of UX/CX Design and Service Design and consider ways to close the gap between the various disciplines through Transition.

Following the official CoP launch on 25 January Cristan Massey, Group chair, will facilitate a virtual introduction for the current community members with a view to plan future events and ways of working for the CoP.

How we work, collaborate and shape the future of the Design and Transition Community will depend on the members themselves. We hope that you will be part of that process.
