Building on the format of our ever popular Member Meet-ups, this online event will include a presentation on ITIL 4 Create, Deliver and Support from Lead Author and Service Management guru Barclay Rae, alongside a session on how Enterprise Service Management has helped University of Glasgow rise to the challenge of creating a number of cross-functional support services – some in the space of a day!
Facilitated by Mark Temple, Scotland Regional Chair, the event agenda includes time for breakout discussions to be held with the group.
