Empowering Leadership: Delivering Effective Feedback

Continuing with this new benefit for Leadership Council members, these 90-minute workshops provide the opportunity to exchange real-world experience and insights across diverse industries and sectors.
Too often, feedback is avoided or delivered unsuccessfully, not because leaders lack intention, but because they lack the right frameworks to make it land constructively. In this session, we will explore why feedback can be so challenging, and how models such as Johari’s Window and the Skill vs Will framework can dramatically improve your ability to diagnose and respond to performance behaviours.
You will be introduced to the E2C2 model, a proven and highly practical approach that enables feedback to be delivered with clarity and impact, without triggering negative responses. We will uncover how to deliver feedback in a way that aligns with how the brain naturally processes information, ensuring that your message is not just heard, but acted on.
This sessions will be delivered by Jon Kersey – Jon has 26 years experience in the training and personal development world. Jon has worked globally for one of the world’s largest financial institutions, working in South America, Asia, Middle East and Europe. As an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner and Trainer Jon is able to encourage clients to achieve permanent behavioural change enhancing their business through a deeper level of personal understanding. Jon is an executive coach as well as delivering training in many areas from sales to team development. Jon is qualified in various psychological profiling tools.
