ITSM23, our annual Conference and Awards, returns to Reading on 13-14 November 2023. 

With more than 50 presentations from across the industry plus the Professional Service Management Awards, ITSM23 offers a plethora of great content, discussions and networking opportunities.

For the full Conference experience we recommend the two-day conference pass but, if time is very limited, a one-day pass is also available for either Monday or Tuesday. Our Sunday night networking reception is included in a two-day or Monday pass and you can also purchase a ticket to the awards gala dinner on the Monday evening.

Getting to ITSM23

By road: From Junction 11 of the M4, follow signs towards Reading. Madejski (Select Car Leasing) Stadium is on your left-hand side after less than a mile and there is ample free parking. SatNav post code is RG2 0FL. 

By rail: The venue is a 10 minute drive from Reading Station by Greenwave bus or taxi, or a 25 minute walk from the new Reading Green Park Station. Readybikes can also be hired at Reading Station.

By air: The nearest airport is London Heathrow, with RailAir buses to Reading Station.
