Webinar – Problem Management: Reflecting on a decade of progress and challenges

Around ten years ago, itSMF UK’s Problem Management Special Interest Group (PM SIG) surveyed its membership about the state and perception of Problem Management within their organisations.

Recently itSMF UK decided to find out what had changed in the problem management world over the last decade. Armed with the original questions and answers, Barry Corless, who wrote the 2014 research paper as chair of the former Problem Management special interest group, has been talking to representatives of member organisations to see if we have moved on. Today we present the results of our research.

Presenter

Barry Corless was Chair of the PM SIG in 2014 and author of the original paper. He led and wrote up the 2024 research and was a lead author of the ITIL 4 Problem Management Practice.  He works as a Director, Consulting Expert at CGI leading service management and SIAM transformation initiatives with many of their clients.
