Webinar – Getting started with ITIL 4 Direct, Plan and Improve

Direct, Plan and Improve (DPI) is one of the 4 books in the ITIL 4 Managing Professional programme, as well as being one of the two books in the ITIL 4 Strategic Leader programme. This webinar offers a practical view of how the book contributes to the broader ITIL4 guidance and how to apply its content to addressing the service management challenges faced in organisations of all types and conditions.

Regardless of their organisational role or level of authority, everyone has something they have the authority to direct – even if it is just themselves. Everyone has something they need to plan, and everyone at every level should always be contributing to, if not leading, improvement. A service management expert with 30 years in service industries, Lou Hunnebeck is Principal Advisor at DXC Technology. Her passion for improving how we do what we do brought her to ITSM from a background in process consulting, training and ITSM systems consulting. She is the author of the ITIL Service Design 2011 Edition, Senior Architect/Co-Author for the ITIL Practitioner Guidance publication, was a Lead Architect ITIL 4 Foundation and is a Lead Editor and Author on the ITIL 4 Direct, Plan and Improve publication, part of the Managing Professional and Strategic Leader qualification programmes.
