In this webinar we provide practical guidance on the basic things you need to have in place to support the culture of Continual Improvement. Then, to help ‘kick start’ your approach we provide some simple practical no cost methods to help you identify and begin to progress improvement opportunities as part of the ‘day job’.
Facilitated by Ian MacDonald, a Chartered IT Professional and industry acknowledged leader in the field of IT Service Management, Ian has over 40 years IT experience gained within the UK Financial Services industry with a proven track record in creating high performance teams and delivering IT and organisational performance improvement through the adoption and deployment of IT and Quality Management best practice frameworks.
An ITIL accredited author and multiple ITSM award winner for his best practice white papers and successful ITSM projects. Ian has achieved UK and International recognition for his ‘thought leadership’ and is a regular contributor and speaker at Industry bodies and forums on IT best practice. Ian has been an independent ITSM consultant and trainer since 2015.
