Webinar – Getting started with Continual Improvement

April 3, 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

ITIL® guidance now strongly encourages all IT practitioners and teams to actively embrace Continual Improvement as part of their role. So, as IT practitioners how can we get started in identifying and progressing Continual Improvement opportunities within our teams and/or the wider IT organisation?

In this webinar we provide practical guidance on the basic things you need to have in place to support the culture of Continual Improvement. Then, to help ‘kick start’ your approach we provide some simple practical no cost methods to help you identify and begin to progress improvement opportunities as part of the ‘day job’.

Facilitated by Ian MacDonald, a Chartered IT Professional and industry acknowledged leader in the field of IT Service Management, Ian has over 40 years IT experience gained within the UK Financial Services industry with a proven track record in creating high performance teams and delivering IT and organisational performance improvement through the adoption and deployment of IT and Quality Management best practice frameworks.
