As we progress through our careers, certain types of communications tend to get more challenging. We’ve all been there – preparing for the service review meeting, or composing an update during a major incident … or perhaps managing a large programme of organisational change (M&A, redundancies, and so on).

We’ve all struggled to balance our desire to provide information and choosing what we can or should communicate. Not everyone needs (or wants!) to know that IT met its SLAs; perhaps the legal or PR team have given you strict instructions about what you can’t share.

Which makes us ask – are there best practices for managing communication? Or at least some guidelines? This event will highlight different communication approaches and techniques that can help modern ITSM.

Throughout his career, he has worked in the UK, US and Asia, collaborating with teams across EMEA and North America. He has implemented challenging and aggressive IT Service Management projects & transformations in diverse industries such as pharmaceuticals, publishing, insurance and financial services.
