Jump aboard our first Special Interest Group (SIG) Focus Day with Suzanne Slatter and Richard Horton to consider The Impact of a Customer Experience Focus on Service Design (or what happens when CX means the SDP). 

Our new Focus Days take a more agile apprach to SIG activity. Each SIG Focus Day will take a chosen topic and pull together the collected wisdom of those who come. You don’t have to be a formal member of a SIG to participate and you don’t have to do more than turn up for the one day.
