Unlocking the Impact: Measuring the Value of IT Problem Management

As Service Management professionals we understand that effective Problem Management is essential to running IT Operations successfully, but how do we demonstrate this value to our business?

Building on the insights from our earlier webinar, “Vodafone’s Evolution from Problem Management to Reliability Management” (available in the member area), this session will explore how to measure the value that Problem Management brings to an organisation. We will also discuss lessons learned and how they can be applied to other IT Service Management processes.

Presenters:

Martin Goble:  Martin has over 20 years IT Management experience in which he has covered most areas of service delivery and strategy.  For the past 14 years Martin has been designing, managing and implementing delivery solutions for TCS.

Sean Auckland: Sean has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare and telecom sectors across India and the UK, including leadership roles at Vodafone. Extensive expertise in IT operations, design, governance, and strategic projects, with a deep understanding of evolving industry landscapes. Currently is the Senior Manager leading Reliability Management, SSI, Configuration Management, Operations Readiness and Observability practices of the Global Digital & IT Service Management team.

Cristina Iacobescu: Cristina has a diverse career in Civil Architecture, IT Consultancy and Telecom industry – summing up 10+ years of experience in Information Technology area. She has been with Vodafone for 6 years now, working in various roles which range from Problem/ Reliability Management practice to leadership positions. Currently, Cristina is the Team Leader of the Reliability Management team, based in Romania.
