Unfortunately major incidents are part of our work in IT, they cannot be avoided but they can be managed. In this session we will discuss with a panel of experts who have all had hands on experience of managing major incidents. We will look at techniques for limiting the impact of incidents when they occur and, in this interactive session we will learn from the experience of both the panel and hopefully, the audience.
