Creating a culture of maturity around Asset Management

Join us for a lunch and learn introduction to Asset Management where we’ll discuss how constant baselining and use of established standards and policies can lead to an increasingly mature Asset Management function.

We will focus on the advantages and cost savings that can come with a proactive approach to Software Asset Management as well as looking at how Asset refresh cycles can control your refresh pipeline avoiding unexpected cost and help reduce the impact of outdated patching around your estate reducing potential security risks.

Two Subject matter experts from CGI will share their experiences and stories of having successfully delivered Asset Management practices in this interactive session.

Pallab Dasgupta: An Individual with 15 years specialising in Software and IT Asset Management in the IT Industry.  Having experience in leading organisations and more than half within the Defence and Aerospace sector.  He brings in-depth experience in the deployment and management of software assets.
