Member Meet-up – Belfast

Our next FREE member meet-up event in Northern Ireland will take place at Allstate NI offices on 29th March. The event will include presentations focused on continual service improvement and provide an opportunity for members to gather with other practitioners to share experiences, listen to guest speakers, and discuss key service management issues. It will also feature a brief itSMF UK update.
