itSMF UK are delighted to welcome HMRC as the presenters at our next online Member Meet-up event.
The team at HMRC, led by Cheryl Hartley, Deputy Director of Service Management and Operations, have experienced a tumultuous 12 months due to COVID-19. New and updated IT systems have had to be developed at speed to support UK government and HMRC have had to adjust to changing work practices for their own teams. Two sessions will allow HMRC to take us through their journey, explain how they managed to achieve the successful IT schemes they have done, whilst balancing this against the needs of their staff.
