Community of Practice – Strategy and Planning Meeting

itSMF UK’s Communities of Practice (CoPs) provide the opportunity to bring together like-minded professionals to focus on areas of common interest. Our CoPs allow members to explore new ideas, challenge and discuss Service Management principles, practices, toolsets and frameworks.  If you have not heard of the Communities of Practice before or have yet to formally volunteer for a specific group, please click here for additional information.

Meeting Agenda

An informal 30 minute catch up between the Community Chair and members which will allow for open questions and answers, and a chance to provide feedback on future CoP plans including which topics we will cover and early drafts of our ITSM22 Conference session.
