Community of Practice – Management of Service Meeting

itSMF UK’s Communities of Practice (CoP’s) provide the opportunity to bring together like-minded professionals to focus on areas of common interest. Meeting Agenda

In this meeting we will review Service & Management Reporting driving behaviour through reporting.

This will be a Q&A session and your CoP chair has lined up two subject matter experts to be on hand to answer your questions re SM reporting on subjects such as; report types, who should receive reports (board, managers, users etc), how can they be used to drive behaviour, reporting to generate balanced scorecards etc.

We also want to hear from those who are willing to share their knowledge and present at future events.
