itSMF UK are delighted to welcome Gareth Farr from SCC as the lead presenter of our next online Member Meet-up event.
Gareth is Head of Service Operations for SCC, leading the delivery of Incident, Problem, Change, SACM and Integration services both internally and across SCC’s customer portfolio. Gareth believes every Services can be delivered cheaper, faster and better, and through his IT career which has spanned, Relationship Management, Service Management, Service Integration and now Service Operations, he strives to make that principle a reality.
This will be an interactive session blending videos and group discussion to cover topics which will include:
- Is ITIL or your framework of choice still working for you?
- Has ITIL ever really worked?
- Can Enterprise Service Management really benefit your organisation or is just too difficult to make happen?
- Can (should?) IT be trusted to advise on Enterprise Service Management?
