Presenter: Emily Bristow, Customer Success Director, Blue Prism Emily is an experienced Customer Success Director, working with Blue Prism customers to help make the most of their digital workforce and deliver successful business outcomes. Previously Emily was the UK Head of Intelligent Automation at the global IT consulting firm CGI before joining Blue Prism in June 2018. An MSc graduate, Emily has more than 10 years’ experience across a variety of IT and operational roles, including ITSM leadership roles primarily in Problem and Change Management. |

Can ITSM be the first step ? Presenters: Oliver Tanner - Solution Consultant, ServiceNow Oliver is a Computer Science graduate who recently joined ServiceNow as a Solution Consultant in the Financial Services sector. Oliver is relatively new to the IT Service Management space with previous experience around Software Development, Analytics, and Machine Learning. Marouane Mraihi – Senior Solution Consultant, ServiceNow Marouane is an experienced ITSM and ITAM consultant who worked with several software publishers like Hewlett-Packard and Cherwell before joining ServiceNow 5 years ago. Marouane has two master degrees in E-Technology and Computer networks and communications. |
