To round off our AI in ITSM series for 2026, join Valerie Wilson and Vawns Murphy for a relaxed session exploring how members are approaching AI across incident, problem, knowledge and change management, alongside AI governance.
Through informal breakout rooms, you’ll have the opportunity to meet fellow members, make new connections and explore shared interests, experiences and questions. Whether you’d like to share your own AI journey or simply listen and pick up some inspiration, you’re very welcome. There’s no preparation needed and no expectation to speak.
