The ServiceNow Strategy Simulation: Orchestrating Outcomes for your Enterprise

Facilitated by our delivery partner SXP, the ServiceNow Strategy Simulation recreates a complex enterprise e‑commerce business model that immerses participants in the challenges and opportunities faced by ServiceNow customers and prospects.
Over the course of three hours, teams analyse key business metrics and apply ServiceNow solutions to optimise organisational performance. Participants receive immediate feedback on their strategic choices, along with their resulting position on the peer leader-board.
‘GlobalMarket’ is a traditional retail company which has a failing e-commerce business. It has a worldwide reach and a loyal customer base but, with a legacy IT enterprise and ways of working that are no longer fit for purpose, the e-commerce business is being undermined by the poor delivery of technology. The consequences of this are a rapid increase in abandoned transactions, loss of potential revenue, increased cost of operations and a progressive erosion of customer satisfaction.
About this simulation
The aim of the Strategy Game is to provide a compelling, interactive overview of how the key capabilities of the ServiceNow Service Operations portfolio (including AI) combine to deliver Customer Value, so that delegates can “Experience” the potential business benefits of ServiceNow and generate more meaningful conversations about their Service Operations’ needs, options and approach.
Challenge: In competing teams, you will analyse data to understand the current state and apply your ServiceNow experience and knowledge to optimise IT Performance in four areas: System Availability, Support Costs, Change Value and C-sat.
