We’re delighted to announce the names of the finalists for this year’s ITSM Team of the Year, Service Innovation, Young ITSM Professional, Ashley Hanna Contributor and Thought Leadership awards.
Drawn from the numerous nominations submitted earlier this year, our judges have short-listed the teams and individuals who demonstrated the highest level of achievement and commitment. Companies in this year’s short-list include Barclays, Vodafone, The Body Shop, BT, Mason Advisory, MoJ, Retail Assist, Nestle, Housing21 and Direct Line.
The winner in each category will be announced at our gala awards dinner on the first evening of ITSM23 (13th November in Reading). The finalists in three categories have also made videos to complement their written submissions; why not take look?
