Member meet-up – Nobody’s in Charge: The SIAM Ownership Problem

Nobody’s in Charge: The SIAM Ownership Problem

When everyone “owns” the service, nobody really does. This sharp, hands-on itSMF workshop strips away comforting theory and tackles accountability where it actually breaks in complex, multi-supplier SIAM environments. Through simulations, debate, and design sprints, participants will confront real ownership gaps and leave with practical ways to make accountability stick.

Strictly limited to 12 people, led in Leeds by Barry Corless and Chevonne Hobbs, SIAM Body of Knowledge authors, this is a candid, high-energy session for experienced practitioners who want fewer slides and more truth.
