For the fourth year in a row, the University of Leeds is hosting a gathering for professionals interested in IT Asset Management. Bringing together members from itSMF UK, BCS, and the ITAM Forum, this year’s event will tackle one of the most talked-about topics: Artificial Intelligence (AI).
While AI may feel inevitable, success in managing configuration data is far from guaranteed. This session will move beyond theory to explore what really happens within organisations in practice. We will also take a closer look at one organisation that has successfully addressed these challenges and developed an effective approach.

This enables better employee experiences, more effective joiner/mover/leaver processes, and clearer links between observability data and business outcomes.
