Free Member Event – Scotland – User Experience & Service Level Management

Join us for our first regional meeting of 2018, hosted by Orange Bus in Edinburgh.

Topics being covered:  User Experience (UX) followed by Service Level Management.

Discover the field of UX Research and Design and the benefits this can bring.  The UX team at Orange Bus will give an overview of what UX is, how it can improve the user journey, and how solutions are developed using UX expertise.  The team will share information on their UX research workshops,  eye tracking exercises and interview process.

We will also be joined by Tony Oxley, Chair of itSMF’s Service Level Management SIG, who will give us an update on what the SIG will be up to this year.
