Why did we ever do it that way?
It’s been challenging to adapt to new ways of working and providing services, but it has made us question what we do and why/how we do it. In this in-person interactive session we’ll look at some real-world examples of things we’ll never do or look at in the same way again.
Mark Temple, itSMF Regional Chair (Scotland), and your service management peers for our first face-to-face meet-up north of the border for over two years where we’ll have a good mix of itSMF news, presentations, discussion, and networking to get us back into the swing of things.
