A UNIQUE IN-PERSON EXPERIENCE

ITSM22, our annual Conference and Awards, takes place in Reading on 14-15 November. 

With more than 40 presentations from across the industry plus the Professional Service Management Awards, ITSM22 offers a plethora of great content, discussions and networking opportunities.

For the full Conference experience we recommend the two-day conference pass but, if time is very limited, a one-day pass is also available for either Monday or Tuesday.  Our Sunday night networking reception is included in a two-day or Monday pass and you can also purchase a ticket to the awards drinks reception and gala dinner on the Monday evening.

HUGS, BUMPS AND SHAKES AT ITSM22

We want everyone who attends ITSM22 to feel safe and included – your health and safety are of the utmost importance to us. We’ll be working closely with the venue to confirm that every safeguard is in place, applying COVID-19 protective measures in line with Government guidelines at the time.

We’ve also introduced a traffic-light badge system to ensure that everyone is happy with their in-person experience. A green badge on your lanyard means you’re happy with hugs and handshakes; for amber, it’s fist bumps and elbows; and red means ‘no physical contact please’. Choose your colour on the day!

And of course, if you register positive for COVID or feel unwell on the day, please stay away. We’ll do our best to help you catch up with any content that you miss.

Award nominations have now closed; keep an eye on this website for announcements about this year’s finalists! The winners themselves are announced at the special awards ceremony during Conference.
