ISO/IEC 20000 is a standard for service management that can be applied to IT and non-IT services and is already used around the world.

Forget the arguments about which framework/best practice guidance to use. ISO/IEC 20000 can be used with ITIL, VeriSM, DevOps, IT4IT, and any other framework. The third edition of the standard was published in Q4 of 2018 and this masterclass will be facilitated by Lynda Cooper, the project editor and world-wide expert for the standard.
