Our next FREE member meet-up event for the Northern Ireland region will take place at the Allstate NI offices in Belfast on 29th November. The event will be Problem Management themed and provide an opportunity for members to gather with other practitioners to share experiences, listen to guest speakers, and discuss key service management issues. It will also feature a brief itSMF UK update.
Hosted by John Jenkins, Allstate NI and itSMF UK Regional Chair for Northern Ireland, the morning will be facilitated by Andrew Vermes, a Senior Consultant at Kepner-Tregoe who works daily with major technology clients on improving problem management processes.
