Recognising the diverse skills and experiences that women contribute, we are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where women in ITSM can thrive and excel. We aim to promote IT service management as a fulfilling career path for women at all stages of their professional journey.

Launch Event: Empowering Confidence Through Authenticity
To launch our NEW ‘Women in ITSM’ Community of Practice, we are thrilled to welcome Anna Lempriere, The Conscious Coach, as our guest presenter – 26 September, 13.00-14.00 (online MS Teams delivery).
Research indicates that many women in the workplace are concealing their true selves, grappling with perfectionism and imposter syndrome on a daily basis. This concealment is a barrier to their ambitious dreams. Even women in CEO and senior leadership roles, with their remarkable accomplishments, are not immune to the persistent doubts of imposter syndrome.
Imposter syndrome is often labelled as another psychological weakness predominantly affecting women. Yet, it is a tangible experience. When we feel like imposters, we tend to hide our differences, whether it’s our experience, ethnicity, culture, or gender.
Join us for an enlightening talk from Anna on how to shatter the barriers of imposter syndrome by examining it through a feminist perspective. This is a rallying cry for confidence in our goals, embracing greater authenticity, and aligning with our core values.
