We are inviting a limited number of organisations to participate in the pilot of our new Software Selection Support Service, designed to help organisations select the right service management platform with greater confidence, clarity and control.
The service provides an independent, structured and evidence-based approach to software selection, helping organisations align stakeholders, define requirements, evaluate suppliers and make well-supported decisions that reduce risk and maximise long-term value. It is based on the PeopleCert ITIL Software Selection Accelerator framework and is particularly valuable for organisations replacing or consolidating service management tools, modernising workflows, or extending service management beyond IT.
Pilot participants will benefit from reduced pilot pricing while helping us refine the service ahead of its formal launch. Every engagement starts with a scoping exercise to ensure the approach is tailored to the organisation’s specific requirements.
