New team member at itSMF UK

We’re very pleased to announce a new addition to our operations team at itSMF UK, Gail Knight.

Gail joins us as a Member Engagement Manager, working alongside Andrea Dell and helping to reach out to a growing number of members and prospective members within the ITSM community.

Gail brings a wealth of service management experience to the team, having previously worked with Pink Elephant, BCS, and the International Software Quality Institute, and is looking forward to e-meeting many of our membership contacts over the coming weeks.
