itSMF UK’s Special Interest Groups provide a unique opportunity to bring together like-minded professionals to focus on areas of common interest. SIGS allow members to explore new ideas, conduct research and develop new ITSM guidance on specific topics in areas such as service transition, service design, service level management and service integration.
New Focus Day Format
Our new Focus Days take a more agile approach to SIG activity. Each SIG Focus Day will take a chosen topic and pull together the collected wisdom of those who come. You don’t have to be a formal member of a SIG to participate and you don’t have to do more than turn up for the one day.
So if the subject interests you and you want to contribute, do get involved. If you only have limited time to spare, this could be what you are looking for. We just ask that you come prepared to contribute as we shape new ideas and often deliver new content, which is made available to other members shortly after the day.
If you would like to be involved in running future events, helping to work out what will be of value to our membership, there’s always room for more SIG Chairs.
