itSMF UK has a network of regional and special interest groups (SIGs) that offer a valuable forum for discussion of topical issues.

All groups are run by member volunteers and their events are free for all itSMF UK members to attend. Members can attend any regional or SIG meetings around the country, no matter where they are located.

Groups run a varied mix of face-to-face meetings and online discussions/events. SIGs also get involved in preparing and publishing articles, case studies, and white papers, aiming to contribute to thought leadership on their topics and help the further development of service management best practice.

See the events calendar for details of all upcoming group meetings. Copies of speakers’ presentations can be found after each event in the reference section of this website.
