If you’re still uneasy about attending in-person events, rest assured that we’ll be doing everything we can at our annual conference, ITSM22, to keep everyone safe and happy.
First of all, we will be working closely with the venue to confirm that every safeguard is in place, applying COVID-19 protective measures in line with Government guidelines at the time.
We’ve also introduced a traffic-light badge system to support delegates’ distancing preferences. A green badge on your lanyard means you’re happy with hugs and handshakes; for amber, it’s fist bumps and elbows; and red means ‘no physical contact please’. Attendees can choose their colour on the day.
And of course, we’re asking all attendees who register positive for COVID or feel unwell on the day to please stay at home. We’ll do our best to help them catch up with any content that they miss.
