itSMF UK’s Communities of Practice provide the opportunity to bring together like-minded professionals to focus on areas of common interest. Our Communities of Practice allow members to explore new ideas and challenge and discuss Service Management principles, practices, toolsets, frameworks and more.
Moving forward we’ll be taking an agile approach to Communities of Practice, bringing members together to contribute to specific areas of content as required. If there’s a particular topic – a challenging practice or new framework for example – where you feel itSMF members could successfully work together to develop a checklist or helpful notes, please contact us to discuss.
